By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the x9c platform, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms apply to adult users residing in Bangladesh. Users must be at least 18 years of age to access any x9c service. Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

Account Setup, Security & Policies

Registration Terms

Providing accurate and complete personal information is mandatory when creating an account on x9c. Incorrect information may cause account verification to fail and result in service termination. Each user is permitted one account only. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be permanently closed.

Password & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access, change your password immediately. Managing your account through a third party is prohibited. Sharing or selling your account is strictly against x9c policy.

Account Suspension & Closure

X9c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or the provision of false information. The balance of a suspended account may be withheld until the appeals process has been completed.

Self-Requested Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time. Before submitting the request, any active bonus balance and pending withdrawals should be settled. Processing an account closure request may take 3–5 business days.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

All users are required to comply with the following when using the x9c platform:

Keep all information accurate and up to date, and make corrections whenever necessary.
Do not access or interfere with other users' accounts or personal information.
Do not attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform or engage in any hacking activity.
Do not use automated software, bots, or scripts.
Do not use the platform for money laundering or any other illegal transactions.
Do not attempt to exploit loopholes in bonus terms for unfair advantage.

Participating in any of the prohibited activities listed above may result in account closure and a report being filed with the relevant authorities.

Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

All transactions on x9c are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via approved mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is set separately for each payment method. All deposit amounts are calculated in BDT.

Withdrawal Terms

A fully completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first. Withdrawals typically take 1–3 business days to process.

Important Transaction Information

X9c does not charge any interest or commission on transactions; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own fees. x9c reserves the right to temporarily hold payments on suspicious transactions pending verification. If you experience any issues with deposits or withdrawals, please contact the support team. Your transaction history is available in your account dashboard.

Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the x9c platform — including logos, designs, text, images, game interfaces, and software — is protected under the intellectual property rights of x9c or its licensors. Users may not publish, redistribute, or commercially exploit this content beyond personal use.

Reverse engineering, modifying, or unauthorised copying of any part of the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability & Third Parties

X9c will not be liable for any financial loss or missed opportunity arising from use of the platform. Gaming is a form of entertainment, and the outcome of every bet is inherently uncertain.

The x9c platform may include content from third-party game providers. x9c is not responsible for the services or policies of these third parties. Users should review each external provider's own terms before using their services.

Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or claim, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion.
